What we collect

When you ask for a free Marketing MOT, book a call or a walk and talk, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give one), business name, website address, and the answers you give about your marketing. We also store the exact consent wording you agreed to and the time you agreed.

We store a salted hash of your IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention. We do not store raw IP addresses. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or non-essential cookies on this site.

Why we collect it

So we can deliver your free MOT, reply to you, book a chat or Lakeside walk, and send a short run of helpful follow-up emails about that request. We do not sell your data.

Legal basis

For MOT follow-up and related emails we rely on your consent. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us. Cold email to limited companies, LLPs and public bodies (handled separately from this website) may rely on legitimate interest under PECR. We do not cold-email sole traders or ordinary partnerships without consent.

How long we keep it

If you never engage with us after getting in touch, we delete or anonymise your personal details after 24 months. If you book, buy or keep talking with us, we keep what we need for that relationship and for basic records.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, object to certain uses, or ask us to erase it. To request deletion, use the deletion form. We will confirm by email before erasing personal fields.
