Property not selling? Let's help it get seen.
Humphrey's Property Desk helps homeowners whose sale has gone quiet: better photos and video, a rewritten listing, a selling plan and a board that stops people walking past. We work alongside your estate agent, not instead of them.
From £175, fixed and in writing.

Why homes stall
Most slow sales are a marketing problem, not a house problem.
Dark or cluttered photos, a listing that reads like everyone else's, no video, a board nobody notices. The home might be great. The marketing just is not showing it.
A listing review
A straight look at your current photos, description, price positioning story and online presence, with the three fixes most likely to help.
Photos and video
Bright, honest interior and exterior photography, a short video walkthrough and aerial shots where they help, flown safely and legally where permitted.
Better listing copy
Clear, specific copy in plain English that tells a buyer why this home suits them, with the material facts included.
A board that works
A designed, printed For Sale board add-on with a QR code to a proper video page, so passers-by become viewings.
The journey, step by step.
The Fetch Viewing. Review, refresh, relaunch, review again. Fix what is putting people off, show the home properly, and tell the story clearly.

- Lock you in: monthly plans have a 3-month minimum, then 30 days' notice
- Charge for surprises: extras and printing costs are quoted first
How payment works

Is this right for you?
This is for
Homeowners already listed with an agent whose sale is quiet, and sellers about to list who want to start strongly.
Not the best fit
Anyone wanting Fetch to list, value or sell the home. That is an estate agent's job, and we will point you to yours.
Quick answers.
Will this replace my estate agent?
No. Fetch is not an estate agent. We make the marketing around your sale better and work alongside your agent.
Is it okay to use my own photographer or video?
Yes. Your agent can often use our media on the portals. Check their terms before you add or change anything.
How much does it cost?
A photo pack is from £175, photo and aerial from £295 and a full slow-sale rescue from £495. Printing and fitting for a board are quoted first. No VAT is added.
Can you promise it will sell?
No one honestly can. We make the marketing as clear and attractive as it can be, and we measure views, enquiries and viewings so you can see what changes.
Is aerial footage always possible?
Only where it is safe and permitted. If it is not, we say so and use ground photography instead.
Do you exaggerate listings?
Listing copy, photos, video and boards have to be accurate. We follow the consumer protection rules and Trading Standards guidance on material information, so we never exaggerate a property or leave out something a buyer needs to know.
